Three Years Maintenance Work Of 6 Percent Abadi Plots In Village Chhapraula, Greater Noida.= 1 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. 2 All kinds of soil (DSR-18/2.28.1/AR) 3 Tractor with trolleyincluding POL & driver. (SOR-20/S.No-19) 4 Supply of labour. (SOR-20/SN-12) 5 Cleaning jungle including up rooting of rank, vegetations grass, push, wood trees and samplings of grith upto 30cms. measured at a height of 1 M. above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50M. Out side periphery of area cleared. (SOR-20/259(i)) 6 Same as above 259(i) above but grass only (SOR-20/259(a) 7 Tractor with trolleyincluding POL & driver. (SOR-20/S.No-19) 8 Supply of labour. (SOR-20/SN-12) 9 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30.00M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removaland disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (where machine con not reach/move)(SOR/251 (A)/4.1.1) 10 Extra rates for quantities of work excavated in or under water and liquid subsoil including pumping out of water as required. (SOR-20/253(a) 11 Cartage of earth or fly ash when added to schedule item no. 253 : 1st Km. (SOR-20/819/21.04) 19 Repainting letters up to 2.5 cm. size including supply of all materials, labours & tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/21.5/820) 20 As in item 520 above but size above 8 cm, but up to 15 cm (SOR-20/21.07/822) 21 M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & fine sand 2.20 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/303) same as item no 303 but in 1:4 one cement & four fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/305)Same as item no 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar. (DSR-18/16.15.1) 31 Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. (DSR-18/16.17) 32 With G.I. barbed wire (DSR-18/16.17.1) 33 Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
