Tender For Civil Works For 01 No. 33 Kv Ais Debai Bhimpur Doraha Bay At 132 Kv Sub-Station Debai, Bulandshahr - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.(DSR-2.8) 2 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR-4.1.8) 3 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:(DSR-4.2.2) 4 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (DSR-5.1.2) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (DSR-5.9.1) 6 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in 1:4 CM (DSR-6.1.1) 7 TMT of grade Fe-500 or more/Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.(DSR-5.22.6) 8 Supplyof 25 mm dia.M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mmlong with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts,including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (NSI-9.14) 9 Fixing and grouting 25 mmand below dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) . (NSI-9.15) 10 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(DSR-10.2) 11 Fixing and grouting of trench edging in proper level andalignment including cost of all labour, and T&P etc. required forproper completion of the work but excluding cost of C.C. (NSI-9.32) 13 Fixing of cable trench racks in proper position and alignment including cost of all labour, material and T&Petc. required for proper completion of the work (Labour rate only).(NSI-9.33) 14 12 mm cement plaster of mix of 1:4 CM (DSR-13.4.1) 15 Champering the edge of concrete in Main Gantry, Auxiliary structure, trench Edge of size 25 mm wide in triangular section including all materials, labour & T&P etc complete. (NSI-11.18) 16 40 MM Thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (DSR-11.3.1) 17 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. (DSR-13.62.1) 18 Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built upgates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought torequired form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment but when steel is to be provided by the department. (NSI 9.02) 19 Demolishing brick work in Cement morter manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(DSR-15.7.4) 20 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) (DSR-15.2.1)
