N.B.No false ceiling to be provided in Record room, wash-room, locker,Pantry(cooking area) and Strong Room Sqm 105.00 2 Seamless Plain False Ceiling with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards, to be laid on concealed GI framework in one or more levels including vertical surfaces between different levels (up to 150 mm drop) with necessary surface preparation & final painting N.B.No false ceiling to be provided in Record room, wash-room, locker,Pantry(cooking area) and Strong Room Sqm 315.00 3 Ceiling Highlighter Panel as per design & direction, to be made out of Gypsum boards in concealed GI framework, in one or more levels including vertical surfaces between different levels (up to 150 mm drop) with necessary surface preparation & final painting Sqm 16.00 4 Full Height Double Skin Solid Partition in metal stud (GI / Aluminium) framework, to be placed at 600 mm c/c both vertically & horizontally, with 9 mm thick BWP plywood skinning & 1 mm thick laminate-finishing with horizontal / vertical grooves Sqm 40.00 5 Providing and fixing low height semi glazed wooden partitions made of 6 mm ply of approved brand in both side and to be finished with 1 mm thick laminate of approved brand, colour and shade over 50 mm x 50 mm ( thickness not less than 1.5 mm) alluminium section framework of approved brand at spacing not exceeding 600 mm both ways (horizontal and vertical).
