Tender For Boundary Wall And Internal Development Work From Plot No 303 To 307 In Block A Of Anand Vihar Housing Scheme - DRAIN WORK 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30M and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming or excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer - in-charge upto a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches. 3 Concrete with 4cm. Gauge brick, ballast, fine sand of 1.25F.M. and cement, in proportion of 1:4:8 in under floor, including supply of all material, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm thick including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 7 R.C.C work with cement , approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved slone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement andits bending , but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. (A.R.) 24 Providing and applying tack coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per Clause - 503 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(A.R.) 25 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen 80/100(VG10) required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. 26 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levelgrade and cross fall using Type B seal coats as per clause 513 of MOSRT&H specification and as perdierction of the E/I (A.R.)
