    Tender For Crack Sealing Of Kasna Gharbara Road From (Hospital To University Chowk), Greater Noida. - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of VG-10 usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.50 Kg per sqm onthe prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (MORTH 5.02/503) 2 Providing and laying dense graded bitumen macadam with Higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading Premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaticpaver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve to desired compaction as per MoRT& H Specification CLAUSE No 505 complete in all respects (Morth/505/B) 3 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder CRMB-55@5.40 Percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all repects. ( Morth/AR/GNIDA) 4 40mm compacted thickness with bitumen peretration of CRMB-55@5.4% by weight of total mix. (MORTH-5.05/507(B)) 5 Providing and laying rubber bituminous painting in crack sealing above 3mm to 6mm with including supply of bitumen 80/100@1.20 kg/sqm & rubber powder 5-6 mm stone grit with lime stone power in its cost as per details (rubber powder 10% & lime 5%) speding laying painting including all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper complection of the work. 6 Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
