maintenance of electronic installation And Fans, Electrical And Mechanical Equipments Installed At Data Centre Of Census At 1St & 2Nd Floor Mtnl Building, Sector - 10 Sanpada, Navi Mumbai For Year 2025-26.--43 1 Providing routine Maintenance services of Internal electrical installations, fans, DBs/ Panels, compound lighting & allied equipments i/c operation of substation & DG set and attend electrical power break downs, petty repairs etc in general shifts for Six days in a week as per attached terms and conditions. (Wireman - 03 Nos. for 03 shifts and Khallasi - 01 No. in general shift) PART B - Substation & DG set i/c Panel 2 Providing annual routine maintenance services of 11 KV / 415V, 315 KVA substation, 11 KV 630 A RMU, HT Panel, & routine maintenance of 160 KVA DG Set, drinking water pump set, and allied equipments i/c repairing/replacement of A/V meter & relay and visiting of a technical staff once in a month or as and when required for cleaning, regular maintenance, checking, recording parameter in log book as per attached terms and conditions. 3 Servicing and B check of 160 KVA DG set through authorised agency i/c replacement of Engine Oil (minimum 20 Ltrs), Oil filter, Air filter, Diesel filter and necessary B Check Kit, Coolant (Minimum 5 Ltrs), etc. complete as required. 4 Supplying of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) for 160KVA DG Set, Data Centre of Census, MTNL Building, Sanpada i/c transportation charges from petrol pump to site and refilling the DG fuel tank and keeping record for the same, etc complete as required. PART C - VRF / VRV System 5 Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following capacity VRV/VRF system with outdoor units and various type indoor cassette Air Conditioner, High wall split air condition and CRC unit & other allied equipment etc., including servicing replacement of all defective spare parts like fan motor, control wiring, control panels, drainage line, blower motor, compressor, Solenoid Valve, temperature sensor, One Touch Controller unit ,expansion Valve, gas charging/topping up complete as per additional terms and condition etc. as reqd. 44 6 Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following capacity Precision Air Condition system (of Flakt Make) Floor Mounted, bottom front discharge Air Cooled DX type of 14 KW( 2 Nos), actual Gross Total cooling Capacity at return air temperature of 24deg C & 50 % RH and Outdoor Ambient Condition of 37 Deg C with R-410a Refrigerant with ESP of 20 Pa. including servicing replacement of all defective spare parts like fan motor, control wiring, control panels, drainage line, blower motor, compressor, Solenoid Valve, temperature sensor, One Touch Controller unit , expansion Valve, gas charging/topping up complete as per additional terms and condition etc. as reqd. PART E - Fire Alarm system 7 Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following capacity Fire Alarm System i/c attending fault, replacement of detector, repairing of Fire Alarm Panel, Loop Panel, Hooter, Response Indicator etc complete as required as per terms & condition and Inventory list attached. a) 2 (Two) Loop Capacity Fire Alarm System with Hooter, Manual Call Point, Smoke Detector, Response Indicator etc. complete as required. PART F - LAN & EPBAX System 8 Annual comprehensive maintenance of Hybrid EPABX System of NEC Make with Up to 6 CO lines and 16 Extensions and LAN system, i/c attending faults, repairing, replacement of necessary wiring, LAN sockets, Telephone sockets etc. complete as required. 9 Annual comprehensive maintenance of 3 Nos minimum 80 Ltr range Storage capacity Bluestar/Usha make water cooler with inbuilt/external purifier i/c attending fault, PCB replacement, servicing, gas charging, replacement of filter, control card etc complete as required. PART H - CCTV 10 Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of CCTV System comprising of 08 Nos. IP Network IR Dome Camera, 1/2.8 CMOS, 2 MP Honeywell make Indoor Camera and 8 Channel NVR including Monitor etc. complete as required PART I- Maintenance Material 11 Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.
