Supply and commissioning of an advanced \"Robot\"for cleaning manholes/machine holes, capable ofoperating at depths of up to 20 meters. The robotfeatures a robotic arm with 4 degrees of freedomand an interchangeable quick-fit blade and bucketsystem for homogenizing sludge or performingpicking actions. It includes 2 expandable gripperswith a scissor-link mechanism for self-stabilizationinside manholes/machine holes. The bucket systemhas a 360-degree swing, a minimum capacity of 17liters, and can lift up to 150 kg per cycle. The robotincorporates a 90-liter sludge storage module andutilizes hydraulic power for at least 90% of itsactuators. It is equipped with a 13.3-inch full HD display, an interactive control panel, and 4 IP68-rated cameras (three low-light cameras and oneunderwater camera) for comprehensivemonitoring and control. The system has gas sensorswith a 3-inch TFT display unit to detect and alert thepresence of Methane, Carbon Monoxide, HydrogenSulfide, Ammonia, and Nitrogen Dioxide. A built-invideo management system for recording andplayback of operational footage is included. Thesetup also includes a 6.5 HP petrol engine with a 60-liter hydraulic oil tank, a DG set (Min 0.75 KVA), andaccessories such as a safety kit, caution lights,jetting hoses, and extension cables. O&M of robotsby providing the skilled technical operator to operate the machine as well as training of the lineagencies staff for a period of one year.
