| 8 | Preparation and submissition of detailed Catchment Area Treatment (CAT) Plan in accordance of forest (conservation), Act, 1980 for getting Forest Clearance as per Norms of Forest Dept./ Water Resources Dept / Water Shed Dept.For Major/Medium Irrigation Project. The Treatment plan shall be made for free Catchment Area (excluding the area alread treated / treatment plan prepared by Water Shed or any other Government agency) and accordingly payment shall be made.All the geo referenced Maps/ .shap/.kmz files of free catchment area prepared from GT sheet/ Google/ DTM freely available and related documents shall also be provided in soft/digital form to the dept. Correction/updation shall be made by agency as and when desired by Forest Dept. / Engineer-in-Charge Note- The 60 %payment shall be relesedafter submission of CAT plan and rest 40% shall be released after approval / vetted bycompetant authority. |
