Tender For Providing Rain Shields At Hull Shop North Side; 1 Supplying and fixing cladding in cantilever area at Hull Shop North side with 0.56mm thick SDP Coated coloured Aluminium Trafford sheet using 6mm dia size self tapping, self drilling screws with EPDM sealing washers to be fixed on crest of sheets with minimum end overlaps of 150mm and appropriate side laps including cost and conveyance of all materials, hire charges of cranes/equipments/machineries, labour for all leads and lifts, other incidentals etc. Charges of fixing and removing temporary lifeline etc. complete. 2 Supply, fabrication & erection of structural steel works after straightening, cutting & welding using welding rod, erecting in position in line and level by welding including cost and conveyance of all materials, electrodes, all labours, hire charges of cranes/equipments/machineries, other incidentals, apply a priming coat of zinc chromite primer confirming to IS 104 before fabrication, cost of fixing and removing of temporary lifeline, hire charges for tools and plants, cost of applying priming coat of zinc chromite primer confirming to IS 104 after mechanical buffing, all leads & lift, etc. complete. 3 Painting with two coat Aluminium paint confirming to IS 2339 over one coat zinc chromate primer confirming to IS 104 of prefered brand, after rubbing and cleaning the surface, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labours, hire charges of cranes/equipments/machineries, other incidentals, etc. complete.Painting except final coat to be carried out before erection. Charges of fixing and removing temporary lifeline etc. complete.
