Tender For Fencing Around Director Residence; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2 All kinds of soil 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 6 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for massconcrete 7 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connectingplate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primingcoat of approved steel primer all complete. 8 Applying priming coat: 9 With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of Approved brand and manafacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works 10 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 11 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 12 Supplying and stacking at site including carriage. Note- 20% void shall be deducted from the earth soil supply. Only tractor/trolley will be used for supply of earth soil at site upto 250 cft. Sample of good earth to be approved by the Institute 13 Good earth 14 Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction ofEngineer-in-charge. 15 Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieveouter dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade 16 Providing JCB including driver, diesel, etc
