| 5 | Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing of 0.50 to 080 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |

| 12 | Note-1: General Notes1.On their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates.2. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 3. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act4. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess,wastages etc.. 5. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursableon production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms. |
