Up keeping of the 12 No. operational school Buses by cleaning of all Seats, Floor and Window glass, channel and both side wind screenand checking of Battery Condition, water Level in radiator, Tyre Pressure, engine oil Gauge. Replacement of tyre with opening and refitting in puncture condition and other Misc. work by engaging 12 no unskilled and 01 No skilled manpower including helping of driver and children during the operation of Buses. By providing all material (such as grease, distilled water and coolant) for repairing of puncher tyre, greasing, top-updistilled water in battery,top upcoolant in radiator etc. as and when required including cost of all required material,T&P and labour charges complete inall respect for smooth operation of buses.( Including manpower with above required material)2). Cleaning and Sweeping works of the sub-sections, all offices, toilets, open and covered area of Mechanical Department by engaging 03 no unskilled manpower including washing of offices, disposalofthe garbage, bushcutting, opening chocked pipe lines during rainy seasonsin central workshop kotiwith providing monthly requiredmaterial such as broom sticks, seek sticks ,toilet cleaner, harpic, Mop,floor cleaner, Phenyl etc. ; including cost of all required material, labour and T&P charges complete in all respect.3). Washing and Cleaning of Light & Heavy Transport Vehicles (Jeeps, Trucks, Tankers, Tipper, Buses, Motorcycles etc.), HEM Equipment (Cranes, Loaders, Wheel Dozer, JCB, Trailer etc.) and removal of mud at Service decks in central workshop, by engaging expert 01 no mechanic and 02 no semi -skilled manpower and also providingwashing powder for washing of vehicles, cotton waste, coolant,distilled wateretc. for top-up of vehicles as and when requiredincluding cost of all required material, labour and T&P charges complete in all respect.
