Stripping and removing the existing aluminium sheet covering and cold / hot insulation work of different thickness fromvessels, equipments, pipelines etc.and disposing the old Aluminium Sheetsat scrap yard / MCD and transporting thedismantledinsulation materials to low lying areas pointed outin the companyup to 3KMas perinstructions.

Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipmentsand pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -25 to 75mm thick .

Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipmentsand pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -76 to 150mm thick.

Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws etc. complete as per instructions. (Aluminium sheets and screws will be provided by the Company free of cost)

Supplying75 mm thick, 1.50 Mtrs. x 1.20 Mtrs. or nearest size. machine made and machine Stitched lightly resin bonded mineral wool mattresseshaving density of 100kg/m3 conforming to IS:8183with G.I hexagonal wire netting of Size: 20mm x 24 gauge on one side.

Supplying 24 SWG (0.56mm thick) and 1.2 m / 0.9mwidth Aluminium plain sheet in rolls conforming to IS:737 (maximum weight of roll should be less than 300kg)
