Protection of DDA Gram Sabha land under NA-I/South Zone.Sub-Head : C/O RCC and C&D waste solid block Boundary wall, Chain link fencing and Barbed wire fencing for protection of DDA Gram Sabha vacant land, nala under the jurisdiction of DDA/SZ.; 1 Providing and fixing RCC Standard post struts/rails/pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required,in cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) at spacing of 3.00 metre centre-to-centre as per approved drawing and every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, further fencing with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post, i/c earth work in excavation and filling with available excavated earth in sides of foundation all complete as per the CPWD specification and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Note- Item includes the cost of providing, fixing and supplying of RCC Standard post/Struts, providing and laying Cement concrete including centring and shuttering in foundation along with earth work in excavation, providing and fixing barbed wire fencing, filling available excavated earth in sides of foundation all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 C/o boundary wall with RCC Column, plinth beam and C&D waste blockincludingall work such as earth work in excavation for foundation, providing and laying in position of Cement Concrete grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) of min thickness of 0.10m in foundation, Providing and laying in positionreinforced cement concrete grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in foundation, column & plinth beam, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and required reinforcement as per the approved cross section , Providing & laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in foundation & superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), 75 mm coping with 2 No.8 mm dia. main bar & 8mm dia. links at 200 mm c/c spacing, 12 mm cement plaster on smooth side & 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand), finishing walls with water proofing cement paint, and filling available excavated earth in sides of foundation all complete as per CPWD specification and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Note - Item include the cost of earthwork in excavation, providing and laying Cement concrete including centring and shuttering in foundation, providing and laying reinforced Cement concrete including centring and shuttering in foundation and above plinth level uto floor 5 level, Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), fillingavailable excavated earth in sides of foundation, plaster and finishing with water proofing cement. 3 Providing and fixing of steel frame for chain link fencingin cement concrete ofgrade 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)having size 300mm x300mm x 600 and thereafter providing and fixing of G.I. chian link fabric fencing at requiredwidth in mesh size 50x50 mmmade of G.I wire of dia 4 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as requiredas well as painting with synthetic enamel paint as per the approved drawingand direction of engineer-in-Charge. Note - Item include the cost of providing and fixing Steel Frame & G.I. chain link fencing, providing and laying Cement concrete including centring and shuttering, also includes the earth work in excavation for foundation, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
