Tender For Renovation And Interior Design Of Dining Hall At Mnti Deep Bhavan Kolkata; 1 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 25-40 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. 2 Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size : Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm 3 Providing and fixing Solid Core Flush Door Shutter (IS - 2202) of 35 mm thk.to be fixed to 50 x 65 mm. Aluminium frame. The shutter shall be finished with 4.0 mm thick veneer of approved design and make on both the sides. Veneer to be finished with required colour stain and PU polish. One vision panel of required size made out of 6 mm thk. Clear glass with moulding with polished edge to be provided. The rate shall be inclusive of fitting and fixing of SS hinges, 1 no. Godrej make door closer, 1 no. CP finsh door stopper, screws, 1 no. Godrej cylindrical lock, tower bolt of approved make. All edges of the door to be covered with necessary lipping with polish finish. The work should be completed as per specification, design and approval of Architect. 4 Shutter size : 900 mm. x 2100 mm. withvision panel of size 150 x 250 mm. 5 Providing and fixing hanging low height wash basin cabinet 600 mmdepth and 500 mm high, made out of 19mm thick marine grade plywood (IS - 710) of approved make including the fixing of intermidiate shelves at 250 mm and the shutters shall be in 19 mm thick BWP block board and back covered with 6 mm marine grade plywood. The Top surface will be of 19 mm. thk marine grade plywood (IS - 710) of approved make. Top to be covered with 15 mm. thk. jet black granite with moulded corners. Necessary holes to be kept for water / drainage pipes. [ The front elevation area will be measured for payment ] 6 Providing and Fixing of Horizontal Venetian Blinds of superior quality and of leading manufactures, with approved colour, shade and fabrics including the cost of necessary powder coated aluminium channels, rollers and other accessories complete all as per manufacture’s specifications and as per the directions of DLH&LS. 7 Providing and fixing of factory made uPVC Sliding window (Wood Grain Colour) complete, (U value=1.9-1.3 W/m 2 K, flame resistant, self extinguishing, lead free) comprising uPVC multi-chambered frame having in-built uPVC roller track on top and uPVC sash with wall thickness of 2.3mm (±0.2 mm) duly reinforced with G.I. section 1.6 mm (±0.2 mm), wherever required. The item is to be completed in all respects as per design & approval of the DLH&LS. 11 Providing & laying Dining Chair In solid wood and stained wood fiberboard, Back panel-Engineered wood panel or wood fiberboard panel, covered with melamine, paper for lacquering, or veneered-inlaid in all the wood finishes or padded in polyurethane foam with upholstery cover. Seat:- Engineered wood panel or wood fiberboard panel, padded in polyurethane foam with upholstery cover. Upholstery covers: Made of cotton, viscose, polyester, acrylic, wood, and polyamide. Eco-leather is in polyester, cotton or polyurethane. The item is to be completed in all respects as per design & approval of the DLH&LS. 12 Providing and fixing Gypsum false ceiling which includes G.I perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thk. (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres. Then suspending G.I intermediate channels of size45mm ( 0.9mm thk. with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediated channel at 457mm centres.12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard ( confirming to IS: 2095 - 1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centers. Screw fixing is to be done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. The boards are to be jointed and and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound. No extra payment will be made for the cutting of light points , stain glass, cove lighting etc. The measurement will be taken in one level, rate should include the drops also, no extra amount will be paid for the drops. The joints to be properly mended with paper tapes and gypsum compound. The surface to be finished with two coats of distemper paint of approved shade with two coats ofgood quality drywall primerall complete. The rate should include the full completion of the ceiling. At the time of handing over the site all necessary repairing work to be considered if required. The work to be completed as per specification, drawing and approval of the Architect.
