    Tender For Overhauling Of 220 Kv Sf6 Circuit Breaker (Spring Type) At 220 Kv S/S Rewa Road, Prayagraj Under Etd-Ii, Prayagraj - Overhauling of All three pole mechanism assemblies of (ABB, Alstom, CGL & Siemens make) 245 KV SF6 Circuit Breaker. The job includes overhauling of control assembly, opening latch, closing latch, suport latch, anti pumping assembly, opening & cleaning of motor charging system, cylinder shock absorber, closing damper etc. and adjustment of all type of gaps, cleaning & greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam disc cam and other parts, opening of different mechanism assembly for rectification of wear & tear alongwith rectification/ repairing whatever required) of rollers & linking of mechanism assembly, checking of motor limit switch, Auxiliary contactors, power contactors and all electricals connections and tightening them replacing them if required, replacement of O Rings and brazing of gas pipe assembly of the mechanism, ensuring satisfactory opeation of breaker from local and remote, testing of closing, tripping time alongwith contact resistance measurement of listed below 220 KV Breakers by CB analizer at 220 KV S/S Rewa Road, Prayagraj. All skilled service engineers, materials and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of job is to be provided by contractor. 2 200 MVA T/F-I HV Bay (Spring operated) Siemens make Type-3AP1FI 3 160 MVA T/F HV Bay (Spring operated) Siemens make Type-3AP1FI
