Tender For Provision Of Power Transformer And Distribution Transformer With Connected Items At Af Stn Bareilly; 1 Supply and installation of HT 33 KV , 3-Phase outdoorgang operated air break switch(Isolator), ISI Marked, CPRI tested, factory assembled, mechanically operated , mounted on insulators and steel framesuitable for 2-Pole, Horizontalmounting fixed type complete with nine numbers of porcelaininsulators( Three post insulators per pole) with Earthed Switch with post insulators , with bottom MS channel of adequate dimensions and strength, self lubricating central bush bearing , copper contacts made of ETP grade high conductivity copper and spring loaded for adequate contact pressure, duly plated to improve resistance to corrosion, All MS plate and hardware to be duly hot dip galvanized, with tin plated copper wire of adequate cross sections, operating mechanism through an insulated operating mechanism worked from ground level and mechanical locking facility, Rated Voltage-33 KV, Highest System Voltage-36 KV, Rated Continuous current-200 Amps, No of Poles-3 Nos., Rated frequency-50Hz, Power frequency withstand voltage across the isolating distance-80 KVrms, Power frequency withstand voltage to Earth-70KVrms, Lightning Voltage withstand test across isolating distance-170KV Peak, Lightning voltage withstand test across phase to earth-195 KV peak,complete all as specified and directed. 2 S & F post-type insulator porcelain vitereous brown or white-brown or green insulator including one galvanised mid steel spindle with one GI Nut and two washer etc of size 260mm height and 290mm dia for 33000 Volts electric pressure, complete all as specifiedand directed. 3 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor-type oil-immersed potential transformer, fault level of 25 KA for 3 seconds and creepage 31.0 mm/KV conforming to relevant IS. (i) Winding 1 : 33KV/√3 : 110V/√3, 0.2 Class 100 VA & Winding 2 :33KV/√3 : 110v/√3, 0.2 Class 100 VA complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning HT 33 kV, VCB 630 Amps, Minimum 25 kA (1 Sec) porcelain clad alongwith supporting structure rupturing capacity 350 MVA outdoor type of having motorized mechanism with indoor remote control and relay panel SCADA Compatible, including control cables , lightning impulse withstand voltage (KV peak)-170, Power frequency withstand voltage (dry) (KV rms)-70 with the following :- 5 (a) The circuit breaker and earthing switches shall be lockable in the open or, closed position by suitable number of padlocks of suitable size.(b) Motorized spring charging mechanism with 24V AC universal motor 200 watt , charging time less than 15 second.(c) VCB circuit breaker unit shall also comprising the following :- (i) Electrically charged and electrically operated independent closing /tripping ,trip free, operating mechanism including manual closing /tripping push button and breaker closed/open, spring charge/discharge indication. (ii) Mechanical operation counter - 01 Nos(iii) Electrical closing coil operated on 24 volts DC supply - 01 Nos(iv) Shunt tripping coil operated on 24 volts DC supply - 01 Nos(d) Numerical O/C & E/F relay for complete protection of HT, 33 KV, three phase feeder having facility to record fault current with date & time with suitable communicable port. 6 (e) Master Trip Relay duly connected with including all the other auxiliary relays for Bucholz , WTI, OTI and any other Trip Relay provided in Transformer. (f) Digital intelligent panel meter indicating line current, line voltage, power factor, KVAR, KVA, frequency, voltage and current harmonics etc. with accuracy 1.0 for active energy.(g) One set of indication lamp (LED) type for ON/OFF indication(h) One set of indication lamp (LED) type for spring charging and three Nos. indication lamp RYB phase indication(j) Any item commissioning & technically required for safe and proper operation of equipment shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(k) Supply and Fixing Maximum Demand Controller, for sensing current from main incoming 33 KV CT and operating 11 KV VCB as per priority and logic to be decided by GE including all sensors, Microprocessors , control cables, relays and trip coils all as required to ensure that maximum recorded demand do not cross the Contracted Maximum Demand 7 Supply and Laying in trenches / fixed to wall/ drawn in conduit /laid in floor XLPE insulatedarmored PVC bedded control cable 1100V grade with copper conductor of following cross sectional area 4 core 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply installation testing and commissioning of single phaseoil type outdoor typedual core dual ratio current transformer for main incomer as well as transformer protection suitable for 33 KV , Single Phase, 50 HZ and 15 VA Burdenwith fault level of 25 KA for 3 seconds and creep age 31.0 mm/kv conforming to relevant IS including first filling oil complete all as specified and directed. 9 Core 1: 100-50/1 or 5,Accuracy Class 5 P 10, 10 Core 2: 100-50/1 or 5 , Accuracy class0.5, 11 Supply and install HT 33 KV , 3-Phase outdoortype drop out fuse assembly, CPRI tested, factory assembled on a hot dip galvanized steel cross arm suitable for mounting on steel poles, along with mounting brackets, with all contacts in ETP grade Copper and silver plated, All terminals in Brass-duly plated for connection with Copper or Aluminium Conductors, with Fuse tube holders having an outer layer of fiber glass and inner layer of bone liner, for effective extinguishing of arc,and with outer layers of fuse tube having a layer of UV resistant paint, easily replaceable fuse carrier tubes, the hinged mechanism made of brass duly electroplated, the spring loaded stainless steel flipper arranged toggle mechanism ensuring a wiping action during arc interruption process, with a safety latch to prevent fuse carrier from dropping due to vibration, Rated Voltage-33 KV, Rated Continuous current-100 Amps, No of Poles-3 Nos., Rated frequency-50Hz, Maximum normal current of fuse base-200 Amps, Maximum normal current of fuse holder-100 Amps, Power frequency withstand voltage across the isolating distance-70KVrms, Power frequency withstand voltage to Earth and between poles-70KVrms, Lightning Voltage withstand test across isolating distance-170KV Peak, Lightning voltage withstand test across phase to earth-170 KV, Breaking Current at36 KV -4 KA, Earth Stirrup 16 KA, along with bird cap complete with one fixed and one spare set of fuses. 12 Supply and erecting of a single piece non linear resistor type lightening arrestor gapless metal oxide (ZnO)suitable for 3 wire 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage of 30 KV (rms) 10 KA discharge current with surge monitor witha (station class) with facility to record number of surge and complete with galvanized clamping arrangements clamp, bolt, nuts washers etc as required complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fixing disc type porcelain vitreous ball and socket type white brown double disc assembly confirming to IS: 731 - 1971 and IS: 2486 Part-II – 1989for tension with tension clamp for conductors working pressure 33 KV complete all as specified and directed. 14 M &L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricatedrectangular pole structure (for 33 KV CT, PT, Gang & LA etc.) & back plates from structuralsteel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold orhot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply, stringing and fixing of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) any size as directed including binding with suitable size of binding wire to aluminium conductor properly on insulators, connectors, clamps, jump ring etc & other jointing materials on newly erected post steel structure, complete all as specified specified and directed. 16 S&F PG clamps flat pad connectors/substation connector made of aluminium alloy for making connection on 33 KV bus bar (OH Lines), CTs PTs, VCB etc complete all as specified specified and directed. 17 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning ofEnergy Efficienttransformer platformmounted, 33 KV on primary side and 11 KV on Secondary side, capacity 3150 KVA, step down, outdoor type, 50 Cycle (50 Hz), AC double wound core type copper woundoil immersed air naturally cooled (ONAN) type with external cooling tubes winding shall be made with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper as per IEC 60076, transformer delta connection on primary side (33KV) and star connection on secondary side (11 KV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 and having taping at of +5.0 %to -15% in equal steps of1.25% changed by means of On load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS. Transformer oil shall be as per IS 335:1993. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified inIS 2026, shall be suitable adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site (Bareilly) all as specified. The transformer shall be completed with following fittings and accessories:- 18 (a) 17 position on load tap changer (OLTC) (tapping range +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25% each) with remote tap cubical changer (RTCC) panel & automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with vector group Dyn-11. 19 (b) Cable boxes on 11 KV secondary side suitable for connecting upXLPE cable up to 2x300 sqmm x 3 core cable end. 20 (c) HV bushing with arching horn on 33 KV side. 21 (d) Oil conservator with filling hole, cap,drain valve and oil level gauge. 22 (e) Dehydrating breather with connecting pipe along with first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal. 23 (f) Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connection to conservator air space (pressure release device) 24 (g) Air release plug 25 (h) Shutoff valve between the conservator and bucholz relay 26 (j) Drain valve with threaded adapter. 27 (k) Filter valve with threaded adapter (Top and bottom) 28 (l) Thermometer pocket. 29 (m) Inspection cover. 30 (n) Jacking pads, handling and lifting lugs. 31 (o) Roller type four Nos. Wheels. 32 (p) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. 33 (q) Extra bushing for neutral brought outside the secondary side for neutral earthing. 34 (r) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess the interior of the tank. 35 (s) First filling of transformer oil. 36 (t) Cover lifting eyes. 37 (u) Double float Bucholz relay with trip and alarm contacts 38 (v) Pressure release valve with one set of trip contact 39 (w) Marshalling box containing Oil temperature indicator and winding temperature indicator 40 (x) Earthing Pads, Monogram plate 41 (y) 150 mm dial type thermometer for oil temperature indicator having range 0-120 degree centigrade vapour pressure type with maximum reading pointer/Max temperature indicator and resetting device with alarm/trip contact and additional contacts for switching on or the cooling fan 42 (z) Winding temperature indicator 150 mm dia with 2 Sets of contacts alarm + trip 43 (aa) Shut off valve between cooling tubes and tank. 44 (ab) Platform constructed with PCC/Brick Work and finished with cement plaster in C:M 1:4 all as per manufacturers recommendations including working space all around as per IE Rules-1958. 45 (ac) The oil temperature and winding temperature gauges shall be housed on a MS boxand size shall be 0.6 m x 0.6 m x0.3 mwith hinged door and having glass 3 mm thick front side of the box and provision for entry of cables and compression glands. 46 (ad) Necessary control cables and all other required accessories to connect, Buchholz Relay, WTI, OTI and any othertrip coils with indoor control Panel of 33 KV VCB . Note:Transformer shall be tested by Rep of Accepting officer before despatch from factory premises. 47 M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to Copper strip 20 x 3 mm as Earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel beside welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanized iron/steel of size 75x75x25mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust , common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed. 48 Supply installation testing and commissioning of copper strip of size 20x3 mmclamped to walls, cable trays in recess or surface etc complete as required including inter connection between length at joints all fixing accessories saddles clamps etc and other fixing hardware material as required for proper installation complete all as specified and directed.. 49 M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as Earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel beside welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanized iron/steel of size 75x75x25mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust , common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed. 50 Supply and fix ofGI strip of size 32x6 mm clamped to walls, cable trays in recess or surface etc complete as required including inter connection between length at joints all fixing accessories saddles clamps etc and other fixing hardware material as required for proper installation complete all as specified and directed. 51 Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable suitable for 11KV earthed system of cross sectional area 3 core 185 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed. 52 Excavation in trenches , in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts , wells , cable trench , laying of pipe , cesspits , manholes , pier holes , etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out , complete all as specified and directed. 53 Returning, filling in , including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 54 Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 55 M&L sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid. 56 Supplying and Laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover as per IS-5820 : 1970 with average breaking load for unreinforced covers as 300 Kg class HV, Type-I flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for Cable Protection of 11 KV Cables. 57 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. 58 Material & Labour for HT Drop out fuse assembly of 11 KV Current Rating of 200 Amps with 2 post insulator per phase,double stack channel type incl steel base mounting frame,MS Nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. 59 Supply and erection of non-linear resistance type lightening arrestor, suitable for 3 Phase, 11 KV overhead lines with nominal discharge current rating of 65 KA complete with galvanized clamping arrangements, GI nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. 60 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 coreXLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 61 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 coreXLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 62 M&L for filling 40 mm graded gravels packed in 33 KV outdoor substation yard laid in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, well rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed 63 Material and labour for rubber matting chequered ISI marked suitable for up to 33 KV rating of size 1000x2000x19mm thick conforming to IS-5424-1969 complete all as specified and directed. 64 Material and labour for rubber matting chequered ISI marked suitable for up to 11 KV rating of size 1000x2000x10mm thick conforming to IS-5424-1969 complete all as specified and directed. 65 Supply and fixing HT 33/11 KV Danger notice plate of size 250mm x200 mm made of mild steel 1.6 mm thick and vitreous enamel wide on both side and inscription in signal red colour with skull and bone on front side complete all as specifiedand directed. 66 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of HT Panel 11KV, 3 Phase , 50 Hz, Indoor type having provision of one number incoming and one number bus coupler horizontal, draw out, Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) 630 Amps, horizontal isolation type motor operatedspring charged having rupturing capacity 18.4 KAfor 1 Sec by connecting to the HT Panel board with help of copper bus bar of suitable size duly enclosed in CRCA Frame and Comprising of the following 67 INCOMING:-01 Nos(a) Mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter door.
