Tender For Special Repairs To Outer Security Perimeter Fence From Guard Post No 10 To Guard Post No 13 At Mil Station Suranussi; 1 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering etc and removing surplus soil not exc 50m and making good surfaces including dite clearance wherever required, complete, all as specified & directed. 2 M&Lfor plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in filling in post holes, foundation, surface channel and similar work including site clearance, complete all as specified and directed. 3 S&FMild steel angle iron fencing post and sturts in fencing incl necessary cutting drilling welding etc and bending to swan neck shape as required and drilling holes notching for wives etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified & directed. 4 Fixing ofchain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply only Chain link fencing made out of plain mild steel galvinised wire 4mm dia and average size of mesh 75 mm x 75 mm including line wire, toany type standard rails, staining bolts etc including provn of bindingwithmild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia,complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete,all as specifed and directed. 7 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces not exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed. 8 M&L formild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165)as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape including cranking bending, andbinding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified anddirected. 9 S&F in repairsgalvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified anddirected.(Each line wire to be measured) 10 S&F mild steel screw bolts 10/12mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , eachscrewed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but n. exc. 15 cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm, complete,all as specified and directed. 11 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, all as specified anddirected 12 Dismantling of galvanised mild steel barbed wire of any description from fencing post (RCC/ Steel) ,complete all as specified anddirected. 13 Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified anddirected. 14 M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick,wateredand rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified anddirected. 15 M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring/hardstanding with chequered finishing the surface without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1: 6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&Lfor rendering 15 mm thick cement plasterin cement mortar (1:4) on brick / concrete, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified anddirected . 18 M&L for preparation of newsurfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying two ofcoats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer, complete, all as specified & directed.
