Tender For Regarding The Arrangement For Organizing The Program For Mass Marriage - Providing 05 photographs along with an album to the bride after her marriage. (For marriage - Jaimala, Pheras, Sindoordaan, Kanyadan, with family and with selfie point, for Nikah - with family, joint photo of bride and groom at the time of signing, at the time of farewell, with selfie point) Note: - For this work, one photograph will be arranged for 25 couples. 2- Jaimala of 02 rose flowers for marriage, Sehra of Bela/Jasmine flowers for Nikah, 3- Pagdi/Safa (for the groom) 4- Dakshina/Parishramika for the priest and Maulvi for solemnizing the marriage 5- Arrangement of German hanger for marriage ceremonies of 100 or more couples. If the number of couples is less than 100, the marriage ceremony will be held in the marriage mandap/marriage hall. 6- Decoration (grand and attractive decoration of the stage and pandal) 7- Two to four LEDs with a big screen at the venue 8- A grand and attractive entrance with flower decoration at the entrance of the venue, on which a banner related to the programme will also be placed. 9- Arrangement of sound amplifier/sound box/mic 10- Banner for the stage, on which the name of the scheme, photograph of the Honble Chief Minister of the state, Honble departmental minister/minister in charge of the district and the names of the distinguished guests should be mentioned. 11- Arrangement for breakfast for the bride and groom and 10-10 persons from their side. (Banana-02, Samosa-02, Burfi-01 piece, Chips-50 grams, Water bottle-500 ml, Cold drink bottle 250 ml, (Sherbet/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee - as per the season) Note:- 20 packets of snacks will be made available to the couple at the time of their presence in the program and beverages should be made available by setting up stalls (Sherbet/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee - as per the season). 12-Arrangement for food for the bride and groom and 10 persons each from their side (Dal, rice, roti, puri, kachori, dry vegetable, mixed veg, paneer vegetable, salad, rasgulla/kheer/halwa, chowmein etc.) 13- 05 kg Bundi laddu each for the bride and grooms side, which will be made available covered with a yellow transparent wrapper in a bamboo woven basket with a handle. 14- Separate covered basket of dry fruits for the bride and groom (each containing 500 grams almonds, 250 grams walnuts, 250 grams makhana, 500 grams raisins and a dry coconut) 15- Arrangement for videography of the entire programme from the beginning till the end 16- Installation of a big hoarding on the roadside at the venue of the programme (in which eligibility of the scheme and application process etc. should be mentioned) 17- Colour printing and lamination of the marriage certificate on hard paper 18- For other miscellaneous arrangements like refreshment/food arrangements for special guests, cultural programmes etc. which are to be done compulsorily.
