Tender For Additional/Alternation Of Approach Road At Birpur At Ratnuchak Mil Stn Under Ge Kaluchak; 1 Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Add to (or deduct from)last item for every 3 cm or part thereof above or below 15 cm average depth complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Demoltion of Concrete in ground floors and pavings notexceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting using Power roller exc 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonnecomplete all as specified and as directed. 5 Soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and cambercomplete all as specified and as directed. 6 150mm thick (Compacted thickness)in two layers each in 75mm th WBM, with coarse agg of Granite trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber requiredcomplete all as specified and as directed. 7 Preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned suraces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/tack coat sprayingwith bituminous primer VG-10@ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete(SDAC) 40 mm thick (VG-30) with 4 % binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen , applied and rolling and compacted to required camber and gradientcomplete all as specified and as directed. 8 Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30)atthe rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surfacelaying bituminouspremix asphaltic semi dense concrete30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 %binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller,complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Premix bituminous macadam with brokengraded stone aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 andapplying evenly a priming/tack coat with mechanical sprayer over old black top surfaces with paving bitumen VG-10 at 10 kg per 10 sq metre grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne,complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in precastkerb stones of sizes as directed, including embedding in the ground to depth as indicated and tamping ground around kerb stones and including foundatin bed also for removing surplus spoil etccomplete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for 100mm thick Dry Lean Concrete type Nominalmix ( 1:4:8 )using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring finished even and faircomplete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg/Cumof OPCcement content ,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less as in road workincludingfilm aproncomplete all as specified and as directed. 14 Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound compound grade Acomplete all as specified and as directed. 15 Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade Acomplete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road andMarking lines, dashes, arrows etc 2.50 mm thick centre line stop lines of any description not exc 10cm wide on road pavement surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming ton BS 3262-1989 with special application machine mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine complete all as per manufcures instructions and as directed by Engineer in Charge.Note:- provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) HOT MARK thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white by indigeneous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler etc. thermoplastic requiremnt for glass beads shall be confirming to BS-6086 of MOST/OSCAR specification incl spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufcures instructions and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 17 M&L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for200mm thick slab complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for preparing base layer between PCC 1:4:8 and pavement concrete with 125 to 150 micron polythene film spread with minimum 15 cm side and end lap as perIS specification and laid overa layer of sand of20 mm thick loose thicknesscomplete all as per manufcures instructionscomplete all as specified and as directed.
