Tender For Repair To Certain Road In Af Stn Raokari, Narela And Arjangarh Under Ge (Af) Gurgaon; 1 M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each includingsweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunkensurfaces in roads, paths, etc. cuttingaround edges to at least 25 mmin depth, making good by fillingin screened&gradedroad metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of roadcomplete all as specified and as directed. 2 Scarifying or picking gravelled exc 50mm deep but n exc 100 mm macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM Granite trap or basalt with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or size 3 (50 to 20 mm size) spread rolled and consolidated with to required gradient and camber with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR of 8-12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Complete all as item No 3.00 herein before but except stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etccomplete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for applying evenly priming tack coat with Bitumen Primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and as directed . 8 M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primerof grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 Sqm over surface complete all as specified and as directed . 9 M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete using combined graded aggregate ie crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) and fille (inherent filer/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (refer SSR Part-I 2009), preheated mixed with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid and spread means of self propelling mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work.(b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The Job design shall be got down from approved lab and shall be approved by GE before commencement of work. 11 M&L for applying 2 mm thick thermoplastic compound on black top surface or existing painted surface of thermoplast fluorescent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shade confirming to BS standard 3262(1989) with 20% glass bed (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surface as per manufacturers instructions & according to the speifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface & transport) - specification 2001 (4th revision) making lines, brocken lines/dashes, arrow etc on road and other like surface exceeding 10 cm but not exceedig 30 cm in width or girth complete all complete all as specified and directed 12 M&L in repair high density grade reflectors/delinator of 80mm O/D heavy duty mild steel pipe and 1050 high with head cap, huydraulic machine pressed by hot processsing over weld mesh, two coat of black paint by hit processing over a coat of red oxide primer and reflective strips HIP grade 07 Nos Red colour 04 Nos (12.50 mm x 250mm) white colour 01 No (75mm x 250 mm) Yellow colour 02 Nos (75 mm c250 mm) as per most and IRC specification including outer jali with and including embedding in post in PCC 1:2:4 (300x300x450 mm) type B-1 20 mm graded aggregate, PCC block size should be 30cm x 30cmx 45 cm complete all as specified and as directed . 13 S&F in repair road safety convex mirror of 75cm to 90cm dia made of Polycarbonate including fixing arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed. 14 S&F in repair speed bump made from heavy duty ABS with high resistance wear & tear property, UV stabilized black & yellow combination, High reflective reflectors having L=70mm, width =23mm available onboth sides in red or yellow colour of size h=50mm, W=380mm, L=500 mm fixed on the road by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F in repair Cat Eyes solar reflective type of metal alloy body solid ofsize 100 x 100 x 20 mm with PAMA striplers reflectors fixed on the road by using and incl MS stud of suitable size model No DA-972 as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Demolition of Precast cement concrete kerb stone in any floors and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed. 18 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherevr required complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for preparation of new concrete surface and applying two coat of sythetic enamel paint exc 10 cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer all as complete all as specified and directed. 20 Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 63400.00
