Tender For Conduction Of Rrs Exercise At Af Station Arjan Singh Under Ge (Af) Panagarh; 1.00 Supply, laying/ spreading, levelling of broken stone/ boulders size of Exc 63mm and properly stacked at site as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.(Note: (i) Stack measurement of broken stone/boulders shall be entered in MB before payment.(ii) Necessary cost of mason and mazoor required for laying/ spreading, levelling works shall be inclusive in this item.) 2.00 Supply, laying/ spreading, levelling of broken stone/ boulders size n exc 63mm and properly stacked at site as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.(Note: (i) Stack measurement of broken stone/boulders shall be entered in MB before payment.(ii) Necessary cost of mason and mazoor required for laying/ spreading, levelling works shall be inclusive in this item.) 3.00 Supply, laying/ spreading, levelling of fine aggregate (sand) properly stacked at site as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.(Note: (i) Stack measurement of fine aggregate (sand) shall be entered in MB before payment.(ii) Necessary cost of mason and mazoor required for laying/ spreading, levelling works shall be inclusive in this item.) 4.00 Supply, & Laying HDPE polythene sheet 400 micron, water proof, leakage proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight of 390gm per sqm complete all as specified and directed.(Note: (i) Purchase voucher having GST No. shall be entered in MB before payment.(ii) Necessary cost of mason and mazoor required for laying works shall be inclusive in this item.) 5.00 Hiring of hydraulic excavator (JCB 3DX 74HP ECO EXPERT MODEL) wheel loader (incl necessary fuel) in working condition with driver/operator having valid license & all documents and helper including all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) One or more number of vehs may be required as per site requirements; (b) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge/ GE for conduction of scheme (c) Necessary register shall be maintain having working hours of excavator placed before claiming payment duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.) 6.00 Hiring of dumper (tipper Lorries) 5 Ton (incl necessary fuel) in working condition with driver/operator having valid license & all documents and helper incudingl all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) One or more number of vehs may be required as per site requirements; (b) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge/GE for conduction of scheme (c) Necessary register shall be maintain having working hours of dumper placed before claiming payment duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.) 7.00 Hiring of Tandom vibratory Road Roller not less than 8T capacity (incl necessary fuel) in working condition with driver/operator having valid license & all documents and helper including all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) One or more number of vehs may be required as per site requirements; (b) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge/GE for conduction of scheme (c) Necessary register shall be maintain having working hours of Tandom vibrator road roller placed before claiming payment duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.) 8.00 Hiring of Flat deck truck/lorry/Trailer (incl necessary fuel) in working condition with driver/operator having valid license & all documents and helper including all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) One or more number of vehs may be required as per site requirements; (b) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge/GE for conduction of scheme.(c) Necessary register shall be maintain having working hours of Flat deck truck/lorry/Trailer placed before claiming payment duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.) 9.00 Hiring of Water bowser 9KL (incl necessary fuel) in working condition with driver/operator having valid license & all documents and helper including all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) One or more number of vehs may be required as per site requirements, (b) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge/GE for conduction of scheme. (c) Bowser shall be fixed with water from point where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (c) Necessary register shall be maintain having working hours of Water bowser placed before claiming payment duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor) 10.00 Hiring of Mobile crane 5T cap (incl necessary fuel) in working condition with driver/operator having valid license & all documents and helper including all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) One or more number of vehs may be required as per site requirements, (b) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge/GE for conduction of scheme (c) Necessary register shall be maintain having working hours of Mobile crane 5T cap placed before claiming payment duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor) 11.00 Hiring of wheel Barrows/Cycle trolleys in working condition complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) One or more number of trolleys may be required as per site requirements, (b) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme.) 12.00 Hiring of shovels with handles in working condition complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) One or more number of shovels may be required as per site requirements, (b) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme.) 13.00 Hiring leveling beam in working condition complete all as specified and directed. 14.00 Supply of brooms with long handles of best quality complete all as specified and directed. 15.00 Supply only rubber hand gloves of best quality suitable for working with rapid grout cement complete all as specified and directed. 16.00 Supply only PPE kit of best quality suitable for working rapid grout cement complete all as specified and directed. 17.00 Supply only Gum boots/ safety shoes of best quality suitable for working with rapid grout cement complete all as specified and directed. 18.00 Supply only safety goggles of best quality suitable for working with rapid grout cement complete all as specified and directed. 19.00 Pouring/cutting/ aligning of rapid cement grouted works by two mason and two mazoor including necessary tools and equipement required for mason and mazoor alongwith precaustionery items and cleaning the IMDM machine before and after completion of conduction of scheme, cleaning the site complete all as specified and directed.(Note: (i) Cost of two mason and two mazoor are inclusive in this item (ii) Rapid grout cement are supplyed by the users (iii) Cost of all other necessary requirement are inclusive of this item)
