Tender For Provision Of 50X Defi Air Conditioner At Mh Bhuj Under Ge Army Bhuj; 1 Supplying, installing, commmissioning and testing of inverter type split air conditioning unit 1.5 Ton indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, High ambient cooling, Adjustable mode and with in built BEE 5 star rating inverter type with CFC refrigerator 1.5 tonne capacity, anti microbial air filtration,R-32 complete and comprising of folowing:-a) Refrigerant copper pipe of suction and discharge line with insulation over pipe condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including complete wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with fixing of suitable size of copper cable.b) Fixing outdoor unit at suitable unit and supply of bracket of 2 Nos for holding outdoor unit and make odd the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after plugging the holes complete all as specified and directed.(Note: All accessories such as indoor and outdoor unit fixing channel, nuts, bolt , washers , PVC pipe etc and other items required to install the AC are demmed to be included in quoted rates andNo extra payment to be paid to contractor.) 2 S & F ofDBOXxMCB protected earth plug and socket, Single pole and neutralsheet steel enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, SP, 20A,240 andVolts, aesthetic appeal , concealing the box , suitable top plug with LEDON/Off indication , High quality contacts complete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathedmulti stranded single core copper conducter 4 Sqmm drawn through PVC concealedconduitwith PCC including accessaries with 4 sqmm PVC insulatedearth wire concealingtothe existing wallwith saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiringand connecting up ,make odd the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface with painting complete all as directed and specfied .(Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and concealed conduit, painting , PCC will be measured as one length.) 4 Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of 2.5 % and of capacity 4000VA including fix volatge stablizer to wall with necessary sheet and support complete all as specfied and directed. 5 NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
