Tender For Special Repair And Renovation Work On The Nadinmau To Lamehta Link Road - Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63.mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening / blinding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading-II as per technical specification clause 405 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening / blinding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405 5 Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . Claues 508 7 Providing and laying seal coat Type-C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using As per Technical Specification Clause 510 8 Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and loads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m. as per technical specification clause303.1 9 Construction of 1 x 3.00mtr Span RCC CulvertExcavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 15 meterand lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 Mfrom the foundation trenches.(S.I.No. 251) 10 Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessaryquantityof sandthe site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No. 255) 11 Cement concrete with 4 cmgauge approved stone ballast, approved coarsesand, cement in the proportion8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (S.I.No. 279). 12 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants eyc. Required for proper completion of the work. 13 R.C.C. work in bed bolck & slab with proportion 1 : 2 : 4 cement sand & 20 mm gauge stone grit on proper completion of work. 14 M.S. Iron work such as slab or beem etc. 15 P.C.C.. workwith proportion 1 : 2 : 4 cement sand & 20 mm gauge stone grit on proper completion of work. 16 12 mm thick plasteron brick work not less than 10mm with cementmortar in proportion 1:4cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. including cost of all matetialslabour, T& P etc. required completion of the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge SI.No. 584 17 Providing weep holes with 50 t0 75mm dia PVC pipe complete 18 Earth work in filling cushioning and making diaversion for passing conveyance during construction period.
