Tender For Installation/Construction Of 05 Nos. Of Medium Piezometers At Various Places In Div-Gautam Buddha Nagar Under- Up Atal Bhujal Yojna 2025-26 - CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF PIEZOMETER 2 Shifting/transportation of trolley mounted DC Rig Machine with its accessories such as drill rods etc. up to site. (As per UPGWD SOR) 3 Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 90 metre & upto 150 metre depth below ground level. (DSR 23.2.1.1) 4 Water Supply Charges for drilling work. (As per UPGWD SOR) 5 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150 mm dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (DSR 23.3.2) 6 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(DSR 23.4.2) 7 Providing & Filling of Pea Gravel of Size 2 mm to 4 mm dia. into bore well including cost of labour, material etc. required for proper completion of work. Calculation : 0.785*(0.2*0.2-0.1*0.1)*50=1.178 cumec (As per UPGWD SOR) 8 Providing and fixing 100 mm dia threaded PVC end cap. (1 No for each well) (As per UPGWD SOR) 9 Providing and fixing M.S. Pipe of 150mm dia. (confirming IS : 1239) (As per UPGWD SOR) 10 Providing and fixing 150 mm dia M.S. Clamp (1 Set for each well) (As per UPGWD SOR) 11 Providing and fixing 200mmx200mm square MS plate including 04 No. Fastner set. (As per UPGWD SOR) 12 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.( DSR 2.8.1)calculation : 1.5mx1.5mx0.9m = 2.025 cum (2.025 Cum for each well) 13 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)In foundation & floors.(DSR 4.1.8) Calculation : 1.5mx1.5x0.15m = 0.3375 cum (150 mm well area -0.017 sq. m) hence deduction =0.017*0.15=0.00255 14 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (DSR 5.1.3). 0.8mx0.8mx1.5m + 0.60 m x 0.60 m x 0.15m = 1.014 cumec deduction -0.017*1.65=0.028 15 Fabrication of Security System as per design. (10 Hrs for each well) (As per UPGWD SOR) 17 Fabrication and supply of angle iron sign board of frame size 1.20x0.90x1.95 with cross strips and beading of size 30x4mm welded on frame size 10x40x5 mm frame and M.S. sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing and design including all labour and material, etc. reqd. (1 No for each well) (As per UPGWD SOR) 18 Painting of angle iron sign board with double coat primer and enamel paint of black colour on frame both side and sky blue on M.S. sheet both side (1 Job for each well) (As per UPGWD SOR) 19 Writing on angle iron sign board both sides of given matter with Post office Red colour Florescent paint as per drawing and design. (1 Job for each well) (As per UPGWD SOR) 20 Fixing of sign board legs on cement concrete block of size 0.30x0.30x0.60m in ratio 1:3:6 as per drawing and design including all labour and material (2 Per Leg for each well) (As per UPGWD SOR) 21 loading/unloading & transportation of material , T&P including all labour etc complete.
