    Tender For Renovation/ Repairing On Canal Service Road Of Barhwal Dy From Km 11.600 To Km 14.300 - WBM G-2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (45mm to 63mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, MORD specific ations 405.2 2 WBM G-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4mm to 53mm) to water bound macadam specification (G-3) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, MORD specific ations 405.3 3 Providing and Laying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared sufrace of granular base including cleaning of road sufrace and spraying primer @ 0.75 kg /sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 4 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 5 Providing, Laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tones/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades byPaver Finisher as per Tehnical Specification Clause 510 6 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat type B with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.as per Tehnical Specification Clause 511
