Tender For Patch Repair Work In Block Shohratgarh Right Side Of Naugarh Barhani Roads - Collectin of 22.4-53 mm gauge Shankargarh querry stone ballast from approved querry repair of edges, filling pot holes and undulation including cost of all materials, cartage, loading, unloading , stacking & all taxes etc. complete and material dump in respective roads as required as per direction of E/I.(Rates are exclusive GST but inclusive all other taxes and cess etc.). 2 Collectin of stone dust (Screening materials) from approved querry repair of edges, filling pot holes and undulation including cost of all materials, cartage, loading, unloading , stacking & all taxes etc. completeand material dump in respective roads as required as per direction of E/I.(Rates are exclusive GST but inclusive all other taxes and cess etc.). 3 Consolidation of stone ballast in patch repair by hand rammer including cutting the patch rectanguler shape and bliding the entire consolidated surface with(Screening material) as directed by Engineer-in-charges but including roller charges. excluding cost of Screening material As per ch-20 S.No-30 NS 6a 4 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 5 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by manual MORD Specificiations 508 6 Providing and laying seal coat by Manual means with Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
