Corrigendum : Tender For Carrying Out Valuation / Book Value Of Existing Dae Staff Quarters (18 Nos. Of Residential Buildings On 05 Land Parcels) At Chembur, Mumbai-71.
(d) The daily wage workers/ casual workers employed by the contractor must wear florescence visi wear without fail during their presence inside premises.

The work has to be carried out with least disturbance to occupants of buildings. The Valuation / Book value work shall be carried out without any inconvenience and nuisance to occupants of buildings.

Contractor has to make his own arrangement for water & Electricity required for work at his own cost.

Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Levy, Cess, GST etc.

No Labours/ working personnel shall be permitted to stay at working place.
