Tender For Special Repair To Internal Road Side Pathway From Tcp-01 To Tcp-02, T-08 To Onward Ksp & War Memorial To Bldg No P-192 At Gandhinagar Mil Stn; 1 Dismantling stone slabs and tiles, paver blocks of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, path etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete, Kerb stone(un-reinforced) in PCC pathway, hardstanding in any thickness and any description & removal of rubbish material etc 500 mtr but not exc 2 KM complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Material and labour sand filling under floor or in foundation including spreading & ramming and levelling in layer not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified. 5 Labour for refixing except interlocking paver block any shape and size of 60 mm thickness complete all as specified. 6 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size / shape , made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern , finishing and sweeping extra sand: complete all as specified.Make:M/s Mehtab Tiles, Indore (Mehtab), M/s NITCO(NITCO), M/s Ultra Tiles(ULTRA). 7 Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size / shape , made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern , finishing and sweeping extra sand: complete all as specified.Make:M/s Mehtab Tiles, Indore (Mehtab), M/s NITCO(NITCO), M/s Ultra Tiles(ULTRA). 8 Material and labour for providing and laying prepolished cement conrete Chequered tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm thick , with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. , or required strength , thickness & size/shape heavy duty, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement clurry in floors with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportion & pigment over screed bed 20 mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified & directed by ENgr-in-Charge. Make:M/s Mehtab Tiles, Indore (Mehtab), M/s NITCO(NITCO), M/s Ultra Tiles(ULTRA). 14 Demolition of brick/stone masonry or PCC coping built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for brickwork with subclass B bricks (Old Size Bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. 16 Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, drain channels, copings, parapets copings, water throughts and the like including weathering , slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating as directed. 17 Material and labour for rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. 18 Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrlic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply and fixing in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floorscomplete all as specified and directed.
