(Any material required for attending complaints shall bemeasured & paid separately under respectvie item of this schedule)Note :-(i)The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experiencedelectrician as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers as directed by Enginner-in-charge.(ii)The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 08 hrscommencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 250/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractors dues.Contractor rep shall be available wef 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and notify the complaint (iii)In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor /his rep .
