width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kind of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. 2 Removing excavated material exc. 500 m but n exc. 1.0 km and depositing where directedall as specified and directed. 3 Material and Labour Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 30 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering 4 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exc 8 tonnes and nexc. 12 tonnes all as specified. 5 Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) gradingas per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with naturasand, crushed gravel,crushed stone, crushed slagor combination there of as per the grading required.The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum dry Density.Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as perTable 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road andBridge works, 2013. 6 Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness )WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each layerWet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as petable 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plantmaterial comprising of clean, crushed, gradedag gregate and granular material premixed with wateto a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradienand camber complete all as specified and directed.The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH 7 Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqmand depth exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep stacking complete as directed. 8 Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as petable 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plantmaterial comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity80-1 00KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 9 Preparing Unsurfaced waterbound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. 10 Material and Labour for applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer (paving grade bitumen VG-10 grade) @7.5 kg per 10 sq metres complete all as specified & as directed. 11 Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam(BM) 50mm thick for grading 2 as given in Table 500-10 on page no 177 of MORTH with 4.5% binder content (VG-40) by weight of total mix with rock dust filler 2% as per design mix using mechanical paver with string sensor with marshal stability 9.0 kn at 60 degree c, laid to required gradient and camber completa all as specified and as directed by Enge-in-Charge. 12 Preparing Black topsurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. 13 Material and Labour for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving grade bitumen VG-10 grade) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres complete all as specified & as directed. 14 Material and Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-40 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Material and Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 17 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retroreflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 19 Supply and fixing shutter proof and impact resistance convex safety mirror of 36 dia including fixing arrangement above ground level complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Removing excavated material exc. 50 m but n exc. 100m and depositing whereall as specified and directed. 21 Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars o paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerancesto be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road. 22 Material and Labour for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No additionaI amount to be paid for overlap) 23 Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm ave tack coausand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and a transverse joints as minimum 300mm. 24 Material and Labour for 200 mm thick Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone ogravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand ocrushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clauser,10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC 15-2017. 25 Material and Labour Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous fillerand top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ thickness of concrete slab in 200 mm 26 Material and Labour Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A 27 Material and Labour Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A 28 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 29 Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing wheredirected at a level n exc. 1.5 mabove the starting point and depositing where directed 30 Material and Labour PCC 1:3:6 C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete in RCC Culverts 31 Material and Labour Brick work with fly ash bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 32 Material and labour for TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed )not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and as directed. 33 Material and Labour 15 mm thick rendering on external concrete wall surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. 34 Extra for forming fair finished drain channel 30 cm inner girth in cment concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds,mitred / stopped ends etc 35 Returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard dense soils. 36 Material and Labour PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggreagte as in coping including necessary form work , including weatheirng , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed. 37 Material and Labour forcast in situ cement concretetype B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slab etc set in cement mortar 1:4 includingall necessary form work.Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item 38 Material and Labour for RCC pipes Class NP-2 of size 450mm internal dia, laid in trenches and jointed with collar/push joint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. 39 Material and Labour 100mm thick PCC type B-2, 1:2:4(40mm graded stone aggt) as in path, hard standing, parking floors & pathway etc.complete all as specified and as directed.
