    Tender For supply of Soo57/26 - Double Chamber Napkin Incinerator , Double Chamber Napkin Incinerator , Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Wall-Mountable Double Chamber Sanitary Napkin Incinerator With A Capacity Of 15-20 Pads Per Cycle And 200 Pads Per Day, 20-Minute Cycle Time, And Automatic/Press-To-Start Operation. The Unit Shall Have External Housing Made Of 1.2 Mm Crca Steel (Powder Coated Mild Steel Finish) And Internal Housing With Ceramic Board And Inside Stainless Steel (Ss) Coating For Long Life. Overall Dimensions: 270 Mm (W) X 250 Mm (D) X 885 Mm (H), Net Weight Approx. 25.5 Kg. The System Shall Include Thermal Ceramic Board/Rock Wool Insulation, Operate On Single Phase Ac, 230V, 50Hz ±5%, With Total Wattage 2000W And 8.7A. The Incinerator Shall Have Temperature Display, Auto Temperature Cut-Off, Equipment On Indicator, And 2.5 M Power Cord. Emission Outlet Shall Be Provided With A 2 M Flexible Flue Gas Pipe (Al/Gi) With Clamp-Type Connection And Generate Less Than 1 G Of Residue Ash Per Cycle. An Easily Openable And Disposable Ash Collection Tray Must Be Provided. The Unit Shall Have A Primary Chamber Operating At 450°C And A Secondary Chamber Operating At 950°C, Designed To Achieve Minimum 800°C And =2 Seconds Gas Residence Time As Per Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. The Secondary Chamber Housing Shall Be Crca Steel With Ceramic Board/Rock Wool Insulation, Rated At 3.5A / 800W.
