Tal.:- Khed, Dist.:-Ratnagiri.- 1 Clearing and Grubbing Road LandClearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. By Mechanical Means - (A) In area of non-thorny jungle 2 Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 mExcavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 3 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 4 Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1)(A) By Mix in Place MethodConstruction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto lead of 1000 m spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(i) By Mix in Place Method For Grading II Material 5 Boundary PillarProviding and fixing trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss guard stone/ indicator stones/ boundary stones of standard size and shape including fixing in block of____ standard size withwhite washing etc.complete Pwd SSR-2019-20, Page No 53 Item No -6.01 b 6 Providing and Fixing Logo of PMGSY ProjectProviding and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 7 Direction and Place Identification signs upto 0.9 sqm size boardProviding and erecting direction and place identification of semi reflective signboards as per IRC-67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameledpaint white colour in front and grey colour on back with reflective border of 70mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective tape ofengineering grade as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on two nos. 47 mm x 47 mm of 12 SWG square tube of3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm MS flat iron on edges onback firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundationswith M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mmbelow ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 8 Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs - Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 9 Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade / colour of 2.5 mm thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gm / sqm .Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be > 250 mcd / sqm / lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100 mcd / sqm / lux and Qd of 100 mcd / sqm / lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL & QD both according to IRC 35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable specifications.(Refer MORTH Clause 803 for technical Specification and Performance for IRC 35:2015). 10 Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to 15: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm., cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing andincluding preparation of sub-grade surface if required etc. complete. 11 Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 12 Dismantling of StructuresDismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.
