Tourism Development Works At Khadangali Tal. Sinner Dist. Nashik-Excavation for roadway in earth soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard proctor density for a lead of over 50 metre to 300 metre inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed. Providing soling using 80 milimetre size trap metal in 15 centimetre layer including filling voids with crushed sand/ grit, ramming, watering etc. complete. Providing and laying Cast in situ/ Ready Mix cement concrete in Mix- 10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based Programmable Logic Controller with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand V.S.I. Grade). Providing and laying in-situ M-30 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate (Natural Sand/ VSI grade finely washed Crushed Sand) conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a Tilting type Concrete Mixer as per approved mix design, admixtures, spreading, laying, compacting and finished in a continuous operation without paver machine, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound/ by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8 of 0.6 metre x 0.6 metre centre to centre, admeasuring 80 milimetre at bottom and 40 milimetre at top with depth of 75 milimetre and maintaining the same throughout curing period/ by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge. Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 milimetre wide and depth 60 milimetre in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 48 hours of casting of bay /slab etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 milimetre wide at top having depth of 15 milimetre as directed by Engineer incharge. Providing and fixing in position TMT FE-500, 25 milimetre diameter dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required diameter 60 centimetre Long and at 30.00 centimetre center to center and wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by HYSD chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete. Providing to contraction joints polysuphide sealent (Pouring grade) confirming to BS:5212-1989 into sawed groove widened at top for sealent reservoir of specified size and shape as per detailed drawing including fixing Polyethylene foam backer rod of required diameter (approximately 25% larger than the initial 3 milimetre to 4 milimetre joint) overlaid with bond breaking tape as per detailed drawing. Item includes cleaning the joints with water jet/ air compressor and allowing joint to become thoroughly dry before sealent is applied and applying primer. (A) Contraction & longitudinal joints (15 milimetre deep x 8 milimetre wide) Supplying hard murum at the road site including conveying and stacking complete. Spreading the hard murum for side width complete. Providing and constructing Brick Masonry Inspection Chamber 90 centimetre x 45 centimetre x 90 centimetre including 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation 1:2:4 cement concrete channels half round Glazed Stone Ware pipes, Brick Masonry, plastering from inside and with frame fixed in cement concrete with Reinforced Cement Concrete cover medium duty 140 kilogram with frame etc. complete. Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 600 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete. Providing expansion joints with 25 milimetre thick bituminous pad as per detailed drawings etc. complete. Providing and laying 125 micron Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) sheet confirming to IS 3395:1997 below concrete pavement including all materials and labour complete.
