Tender For Work And Material For Construction Of 33 Kv Ganjari Bay At 132 Kv Sub Station Raja Ka Talab Under Electiricty Transmission Division-I, Varanasi - Supply of 75x10mm MS Flat 3 Supply of 50x6mm MS Flat 4 MS Round Bar 40MM 5 Bolted type single tension fitting for single moose 6 P.G. Clamp Panther to Panther Conductor 7 P.G. Clamp Moose to Panther Conductor 8 P.G. Clamp Moose to Moose Conductor 9 Erection Work 10 Carriage of sub station structure by private carrier from EFU Naini Prayagraj to 132KV Sub Station Raja Ka Talab. Job includes loading of material by shifting of these from storage place to road side, safely loading of these on vehicle, transportation of materials from EFU Naini Prayagraj to 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab by private vehicle having one side distance approx. 120Kms. Unloading of material from vehicle safely and shifting these to store and proper stacking. (Rate includes all labour, T&P charges and all associated work to perform the job satisfactorily) 11 Erection of Main & auxiliary structure including shifting of material from store to site of erection. 12 Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments including its shifting from the store to site including other associated works to complete the job satisfactory. 13 33 KV Circuit Breaker 14 36 KV Bus Isolator / line isolator 15 36 KV CT with Junction box 16 Laying & stringing of 33KV Main bus and transfer bus bar ACSR Moose conductor including hosting of disc insulator Tension String with associated tension fitting. (01 Job for each Phase of each Section of the Main bus) 17 Jumpering of equipments by ACSR conductor including shifting of conductor, fitting , insulators fromstore to site, its straightening, cutting, bending of conductors for making jumpers and shifting of remaining of conductor/ material from site to the store. 18 Laying of following size of unarmoured control cable in the cable trench from the control relay panel to the various equipments junction boxes etc in switchyard as per cable schedule, commissioning of relays of 33KV Tripple feeder control panel, saddling of control panel at every 75mm distance with MS saddle of size 25x3mm including carriage ofcable drums from store to the laying site and shifting back of remaining materials back to store and other associated work to complete the job satisfactory. 19 2C x 2.5 mm² 20 4C x 2.5 mm² 21 6C x 2.5 mm² 22 Termination of following size control cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plate of junction boxes , supply and fixing of cable gland ferrule of appropriate size and quantity respectively for each core of cable and its termination with crimpingtype lugs including lugs, ferrules & other minor accessories to complete job satisfactory 23 2C x 2.5 mm² 24 4C x 2.5 mm² 25 6C x 2.5 mm² 26 Fabrication of 3 metre long earthing electrode (conical shape 150 mm distance) of 40 mm diameter MS round bar. Driven of these electrode in the ground such that top of electrode will be 800 mm below the ground level. Jointing, welding all the electrode with main earth mat including excavation of earth other associated work with all their cost, T&P labour and material except MS rod 27 Laying of 40mm diameter MS round bar 800 mm below ground level including cutting strengthening welding and jointing to existing Earth Mat planting of one coat red oxide and two coat of black bituminous paint adjoins excavation of trench its back filling and all other associated work to be complete extension bay as per drawing and technical specification excluding the cost of M S round bar ( Row to row distance 12 mtr) 28 Earthing of auxiliary structures by 75x10mm size MS flat including cutting, straightening, bending, laying 600 mm below ground level by digging trenches of suitable size, its welding with main earthmat including painting of joints with non corrosive paint on flat. Painting of the flats above ground level with good quality Shalimar/Asian make bus green paint after cleaning and applying one coat red oxide primer on the flats. Back filling of excavated earth, its leveling and proper ramming and all associated works including the cost of labour, T&P required to complete the job satisfactory. 29 Supply and fixing of equipment name board at 132KV Substation Kursato under ETD-I, Varanasi. Work includes fabricationof Equipment / BaynameboardmadeofM.S.angleIron 50x50x6 mm, 03 feet long support and MS board of 2x1 MS sheet 18 SWG and MS flat Iron 25x6mm size 2x1 feet welded on MSsheetafterthen MSpipe of1.5 inchdia.FittedaroundMS flatonthesheetboardand0.5mmdiaMSpipe04feetlong welded in MS angle Iron from two places at one side and two at otherto completethe displayboard.Diggingpit size 2x2x3feet and groutingaboveboardwith1:2:4cement,ballast,sand ratio andmakingplinthofsize1x2feet.Board shall dulypaintedby yellow color and equipment name board shall be written in black. 30 Providing and fixing of 160 watt LED light make syska / Philips/ Bajaj etc. alongwith MS bend pipe and fitting clamp. The job includes fixing of above light fitting with help of MS bend pipe and clamp then jointing with 1 phase supply after laying cable and complete with all respect.
