Tender For Repair Work Of Service Road Between Km 49.440 To Km 55.006 Of Parallel Deoband Branch Feeder Channel - Cleaning thick bushes & thorny jungle without uprootingi/c cost of all material, Labour, T&P etc required for completion of proper work. 2 Scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scraped material to a distance of 30m as directed by engineer-in-charge 3 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil , excavation to be in the form of regular pits and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layer, including ramming and dressing the surfaceto the requried levels andslopes and also including 1.50 M lift and30m lead. 4 Supplying & laying 75 mm. thick (compacted ) size 53mm to 22.4 mm. stone ballast spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, rolling with smooth wheel/ vibratoryroller 8 to 12 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (G-3) 5 Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with slow setting bitumen emulsion complying with IS:8887 with spray set including cleaning of WBM surface spraying primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm including cost of all material, Labour, T&P etc required for completion of proper work as per Mord specification. 6 Cleaning the existing painted surface and layingpremix carpet 2 cm thick over a tack coat with graded approved grit andbitumen VG-30 including heatingthe paint and grit to the requiredtemperature and mixing either in mixer/hand drum or by manual including cartage of material, maintenance of side patries and watering them during operation for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including tack coat & all material ,labour, T&P and sundries to be arranged by the contractor. 7 Cleaning the premixing surface and laying seal coat with approved graded grit and bitumen including heating the paint to the required temperature and mixing either in mixer or hand drum including cartage of materials maintenance of sides patreis and watering them during operation for proper completion of the work as directed by the Engineer- incharge including all T&P and sundreis to be provided by the contractor complete. 8 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes , royalty etc all T&P/ machine material and labour requried for proper completion of work. 9 Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50mand lead upto 30m and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removel and disposal or surplus earth as directed by engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches. 10 Providing & Laying M-20 (1:1.5:3)Cement Concrete with 20mm nominal stone aggregate including cost of all material , Labour , T&P, Mechnical Mixing & Vibration etc . For propper complition of work but excluding cost of reinforcement steeland Centering & shuttering . 11 Providing & Fixing Steel work welded in buitlup sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a prime coat complete.
