Providing, fabrication and laying of B-Class 200NB MS pipe line as per attached drawing and specification complete with associated works, like cutting, welding including fixing of elbow/bond, tee, socket flanges etc.

Two coat brush painting with PO red color enamel paint (Asian/Berger make) one over other of 200 NB MS Pipe line after proper cleaning of surface with emery paper and steel brush and applying one coat of Red Oxide Primer.

Construction of RCC with MS flat base support and foundation for laying over ground 200mm dia MS hydrant pipe line, cost including complete man power, material and T&P required for completing the job satisfactory.

Providing and wrapping of wrapping coating of pipe line where required after applying paste of bitumen on pipe line.

Replacement of pressure switches(16KG)

Replacement of pressure GAUGE(16KG)

Supply & fixing of diaphragm & Rubber seat for Deluge Valve of emulsifire system installed in switchyardat 220KV S/S Naubasta. The job includes supply of material at site and fixing it on existing deluge valve with proper alignment and sealing for proper operation of emulsifire system.(all the skilled labour and T&P will be provided by the contractor)
