arches pillarsetc, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Brick work in cement mortar 1: 4, using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed. 3 Brick work in cement mortar 1: 4, using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radiusbut except brick, i.e. using serviceable bricks obtained from demolition, completeall as specified and as directed. 4 Material & labour walling of randam rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 5 All as per item No 4 above but except stone. 6 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving (un reinforced) n exc. 15 cm. thickness, below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material & labour Plain Cement concrete in surface channels and drains Type B2 1:2:4 complete all as specified and driected. 8 Material & labour forPlain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 9 Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as inbed blocks, coping, benching and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified. 10 Cement concrete work as in pavement/hardstanding of thickness 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing the surface concrete topping even and fair including use & waste of form work and and to divide the area in panels all as specified and directed. 11 Material & labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid with Grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. 12 Material & labour for 50 mm Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material & labour for Outdoor meteor parking / Path tiles 10 to 12 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 14 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, hard standing, path, pavings etc, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate bays,complete all as specified & directed. 15 Precast designer coloured paver tiles (factory made rectified) of size 300mmx300mm x 25mm, top layer glazed made in any type of cement and pigment, in required patterns (compressive strength not less than 250 Kg per Sqcm) as approved by GE in floor etcset & jointed in neat cement slury & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed. 16 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. 17 Material & labour rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cm 1:4 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. 18 Racking out joints/pointing in cemnet mortar onstone work in random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as sepcified and directed. 19 Keyed pointinginrandom or polygonal rubble stone masonry , uncoursed or brough up to course in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 20 Restraining resecuring of existing 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. 21 Supply and fixinggalvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. 22 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any descriptionnot otherwise provided for all complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply and fixing MS framed work such as in gate, grills, gratings, framed guard bars, angle iron, plateetc and similar work including necessary pintle hinges, stops, welding, riveting, bolting , hold fast , sliding bolt and other necessary fitiings confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed. 24 Supply and fixing Mild steel angle iron fixed independently without connecting plates etc as in fencing posts confirming to Fe 410 W complete all as specified and directed. 25 Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.5 Cum hard dense soil getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm watering out rawing and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good complete all as specified and directed. 26 Material & labour for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 27 Material & labour for flat iron fillets fixed to the fencing posts incl all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming ot Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed. 28 Supply and fixing 10 mm dia Mild screw bolts machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed on both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut but length of bolt exc 10cm but n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed. 29 Fixing only top and bottom complete all as specified and directed. 32 Preparation of new steel surface over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 33 Providing pre cast cement concrete louvers , jallies and poststype B-0 1:2:425 mm thick (measured solid) incl all moulding set in cement mortar 1:4 fixed in repair complete all as specifeid and directed. 34 Applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. 35 Preparation of old ,plastered or unplastered surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smokesoot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots, and applying one coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed. 36 Preparation of old steel surface over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic
