Tender For Hariparvat Zone Room No. 81 Repair Work Of Damaged Drain And Culvert Constructed On The Left Side Of Bhavana Clark Road From Madiya Katra Via Mental Hospital. - Providing and fixing of barricading of 100mm average ballies with in a distance of 1.50 meter for 3 rows of 3Q. 3 Nosof cross ballies, two supporting ballies of 3 meter ballies and 2 Nos perpendicular ballies tie with moonj rope including supply of all material such as ballies rope T&P required for proper completion of work and also including labour component (material will be property of contractor after dismantling). 2 Dismantling of R.C.C./R.B work including stacking of material as directed by E/IC within distance of 60 meters. 3 Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or Cement mortar and including stacking of material as directed by E/IC with in a distance of 60 meters (200 feet) but Mud Mortar. 4 Removal of sludge, kankar, brick bats, organic or inorganic material in faul position or in liquid mud including lead 30m and 3.00 meter lift with specials T&P labour etc. all complete. 5 Excavation in soil mixed with moorum/shingle, kankar requiring the use of special tools & plant such as pick axes sabbals etc.foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Cley or sand) including, lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M form the foundation trenches. Including royalty. 6 Cartage of silt, sludge kankar and other disposable organic material etc. all complete with labor T&P including cartage of 8 km. 7 Providing of 32 HP diesel pump for dewatering of pond with pump, driver etc. all complete. (for 8 hours) 8 Providing of bandha for diversion of nala etc. all complete. 9 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand :10 Stone Ballast 40 mm guages) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 10 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 with Cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labor T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone) aggregate (20 mm nominal size) and cutting complete including cost of form work. In foundation and floors. 12 12MM Thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not including 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for missing any additive. 1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand. 13 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 for slab work excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150. 14 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 for slab work excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150. 15 Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level.
