Tender For Provision Of Widening Of Existing Road Nk At Certain Units Suranussi Mil Station.; 1 Excavation over areas, not exc. 1.5m wide deep and getting out in loose/ soft soil all as specified and directed. 2 Excavation over areas, exc 1.5m but not exc. 3.0m wide deep and getting out in loose/ soft soil all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base earth to use/obtain from item no 1.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed. 5 Rolling and consolidating road formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including watering as necessary and filling in hollows and depressions to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed 6 M&L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified in table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a three layers over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density and consolidating to required gradient and camber with finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 125 mm thick with coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size) quartzite, flint stone, lime stone, sand stoneetc blinded with stone screeining type A spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient, camber, level, super elevation with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed. 8 Preparing un surfaced water bound mecadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with Paving bitumen VG-10 @ 8 kg per 10 square metre complete all as specified and directed. 10 Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with Paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 square metre complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 65mm) with 4% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, using coarse aggregate grading 2 (upto 20mm size) rolled and compacted with 10 tonne to 12 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mechanical plant, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavements and the like exc. 10cm width using with adequate nos of coats using thermoplastic compound white paint hot applied 2mm thick including glass with machine confirming to BS3262 and according to the specification laid down IRC & MOST (Ministry of surface transport) specification 20011 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Marking shall be carried out with thermostat machine) 15 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and fix cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolition work where required complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatingincluding formwork if required complete all as specified and directed. 19 Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs etc. including edges not exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surface of concrete all as specified and directed. 20 Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for RCC M-25 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as inslabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, chajjas, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for mild steel TMT deformed bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for brick work with old size sub class B bricks straight or curved in plan exc. 6cm mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition where required complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) onbrick or concrete wall surfacesand finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.
