Tender For Provision Of Ring Main System Of Water Supply At Af Stn Nal; 1 Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 meter and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point in soil as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Supply and Fix ,Cast iron Sluice Valve 150mm ,heavy duty class -1 ISI marked conforming to IS 14846,long body type ,Pressure type PN 1.6,flanged end and drilled having brass steel spindle with iron head wheel at the top complete with including nuts ,bolt,washer,rubber gasket and jointing complete all as specified and directed . 5 Supply and fixing 50 mm bore Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply and fixing 25mm bore Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Supply and Fix ,Cast iron Sluice Valve 100mm ,heavy duty class -1 ISI marked conforming to IS 14846,long body type ,Pressure type PN 1.6,flanged end and drilled having brass steel spindle with iron head wheel at the top complete with including nuts ,bolt,washer,rubber gasket and jointing complete all as specified and directed . 8 Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 150 mm dia bore and fixing up in DI/Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 150 mm dia all necessary fitting complete. 9 Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1500 x 1500 x 1000 mm ( integral chamber) for Sluice Valve up to 150 mm dia, depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover withand including MS steel cover fabricated from 2 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with fixing arrangement hinge and locking arrangement and taking two coated of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil returning filling in approved soil , deposited surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs.150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm aggregate stone as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1: 6 and 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally and CM 1:6 externally ,two coat white wash over exposed surface,150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm aggregate as in copping complete all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 M&L for cutting the existing any pipe line and any size ofCI/DI/GI ,connect the new pipeline of DI pipe any size with existing any pipe line.Note: The rate shall be inclusive of cutting the existing pipe line any size & pipe.Thequoted rate shall be inclusive of all DI specials for connection of new pipe line required.The shall be inclusive of excavation of pipe for cutting pipe line 11 M&L for cutting the existing any size and material ofheadder,provision for connect the new pipeline of DI pipe any size with existing any header Note: The rate shall be inclusive of cutting and provision for connect the new pipe line any size & pipe.The shall be inclusive of all DI specials for connection of new pipe line required for function. 12 Boring of holes under road pavement hard standing by trenches with damage nearby electric cable water pipeline incl HDPE Pipe under 200 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure and sealing the end of pipe complete all as specified and directed 13 Supply and lay pipe Centrifugally Castductile Iron pressure pipe 150mm dia with spigot & Socket end,Class K-7 conforming to IS8329/2000 suitable for rubbergasket jointing with centrifugal applied inside cement mortar lining with sulphur resistant cement and external metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surface and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) rubber gasket including Specials i.e Tee.Unioin,flange Sockets & spigot, Bends any specials required to connect the Pipe all as specified and directed. Note:1) The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of site clearance.2) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all DI fittings specials. 14 Supply and lay pipe Centrifugally Castductile Iron pressure pipe 100mm dia with spigot & Socket end,Class K-7 conforming to IS8329/2000 suitable for rubbergasket jointing with centrifugal applied inside cement mortar lining with sulphur resistant cement and external metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surface and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) rubber gasket including Specials i.e Tee.Unioin,flange Sockets & spigot, Bends any specials required to connect the Pipe all as specified and directed. However, the cost of fittings is included in the unit rate of this item. 16 Supply, laying and testing 25 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade,with new fittings, fixed to walls, and ceilings or, laying in floor / trenches complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.
