Road Improvement Work By Hotmix From Deep Medical Store Located At Hariparvat Zone Room No. 95 Babu Gulab Rai Marg Via Residence Of Hoble Mla Dr. Dharampal Ji To The Main Road Of Rbs College. - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORT&H clause 406 and as directed by Engineer In-charge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H specification 406. 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (bulk) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 3 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 3.00 to 3.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respects. 4 Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 4.50 to 5.00 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 508 complete in all respects. 5 Providing and laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @250 gm/sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35. The finish surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800–3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of work as direction E/IC. 6 Supply and fixing of ISI cat eye for road etc. all complete. 7 Supply and fixing of black granite stone board and approved standard matter with brick work, plaster & paint etc. all complete.
