Tender For Repairing Of Link Road Gadi Tikeit To Bhood Nagriya - PC Area:- Water Bound Macadam (22.4-53)Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 80-100kn in stages to proper grade and camber, appling and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. gradding-3 as per technical specification MORD clause 405(3A) 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using VG-30 bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat ofType C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 4 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 5 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (SI_ 253a) 6 Other Work:- Providing & fixing & Hosting of Reflective Signs with a corrosion resistant 4mm thick aluminium compsite panel face to be fully covered with sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2010 retro reflective sheeting with MS angle frame of 35x35x5mm of MS pole 100mm dia meter with wall thickness of 7.1mm weighing 20kg/m as per drawing even as per the colouring scheme as show in the drawing.
