A grand and attractive entrance with floral decorations at the venue, on which a banner related to the event will also be displayed. 9. Arrangements for sound amplifier/sound box/microphone, electricity/lighting. 10. Banner for the stage with the name of the scheme, photographs of the Honorable Chief Minister of the State, Honorable Departmental Minister/Minister in-charge of the district, and the names of distinguished guests. 11. Arrangements for snacks for the bride and groom and 10 people each from their side (banana-2, samosa-2, burfi-1 piece, chips-50 grams, water bottle-500 ml, cold drink bottle-250 ml (sharbat/shikanji/tea/coffee-as per the season). Note: 20 packets of snacks will be distributed to the couple only at the time of their presence at the event. will be made available and drinking water stalls (Sarbat/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee - as per the season) should be made available. 12 Arrangements for food for the bride and groom and 10 persons each from their side (Dal Chawal, Roti, Pudi, Kachori, Dry Vegetable Mix, Paneer Vegetable Salad, Rasgulla/Cucumber/Halwa/Chowmein etc.). 13 5 kg Bundi Laddu each for the bride and groom which will be provided in a bamboo woven basket with a handle, tucked in a yellow colour transparent wrapper. 14 Separate baskets of dry fruits for the bride and grooms side (each containing 500 grams almonds, 250 grams walnuts, 250 grams makhana, 500 grams raisins and a dry coconut). 15 Arrangements for videography of the entire programme from the beginning till the end. 16 A big hoarding will be put up on the roadside at the venue.
