To perform services and execute the work upon the terms and conditions contained or referred in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part I together with errata / amendements 1 to 3, Particular specifications and SSR 2020 Part II rates together with errata / amendements 1 to 122 as applicable to the Schedule \"A\", \"B\", \"C\" & \"D\" (and in IAFW-2249 referred to as the MES Schedule alongwith ammendment Nos. 1 to 49 and errata 1 to 20). Contractor to insert their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II)-Rates (including ammendments thereto). If net Schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, \"0\" should be inserted in percentage box. The Less / Excess percentage inserted by the contractor shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations / amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.NOTE : (i)Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix \"A\" to Notice of e-Tender.(ii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage ) will not be increased from the estimated cost of work.Work orders shall be placed by Engr-In- Charge as perrequirement.
