| 1 | Notes:1.All work should be done without damaging lawn and laboratory equipment. Use sheet for placing of material in lawn and for covering of equment in chemistry laboratory.2. No Debris shall be left over during the work.3. The contractor has to be clean the site after the complertion of work and handover as satisfection of Engineer-in-Charge.4. Before quoting, the Bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site nature, conditions and Quantum/ scope of work involved. Site inspection and uploading of report is mandatory. The bidder shall upload the site inspection report duly signed by departmental representative and Bidder. Without the site inspection report, the bid will be summarily rejected.5. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, ladders, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles and installation including all taxes (except EPF and ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect.6. The Workers employed for the work still strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code.7. The contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970. Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employee State Insurance Act. Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under.8. Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF and ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ Central Government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF and ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor The Bidder should not consider EPF and ESI in his rates. |

(Binding wire shall not be measured for payment.) |

| 8 | Providing, cutting, laying and fixing of machine cut, mirror polished of17mm/18mm thick granite stone slabs of approved shades such asJet Black or any other approved two or more colours and texture for flooring / wall dados fixing in position at all levels, required size and shape as per pattern approved by Engineer-in-charge for Slab and column for supporting rock samplelaid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touchups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edges to give high gloss finish and using Laticrete for fixing slab side with granite etc. Complete with cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants scaffolding, wastage and final polishing etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 11 | Transplantation of Areca Palm tree with in a distance of 2km including excavation around existing tree, pruning of branches, lifting, loading and transportation of existing tree, digging pits for placing tree at new place, adding manure, sand, fertilizer, hormones and bio fertilizer to it. Levelled and neatly dressed and disposal of surplus materials from old existing and new sites to designated place. Each tree should be firmly secured to the stake so as to prevent excessive movement, flooding with water, treatment of roots, rope and gunny bags as per direction of officer Incharge. T&P and all required materials shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.a) Areca palm tree with multiple stems, total clump considered equivalent to one tree with girth beyond 150cm at 1 m height above ground level as per site condition. |
