The Clear Playing Area Of Indoor Hall Shall Be 19 X 28 Mtr With Clear Height Of 12.5 Mtr And Utility Area Shall Be As Per Drawing Uploaded. 3. Soil Investigation And Design Of Building As Per Latest Codes And Vetting Of Structural Drawings From Nit/ Iit/ Design Directorate Within 15 Days. 4. Submission Of Vetted Structural And Architectural Drawings Along With Detailed Estimate To The Chief Engineer Jammu Through The Executive Engineer Sports Construction Division Jammu For Accord Of Formal Technical Sanction. 5. The Structure Shall Be Reinforced Cement Concrete Framed Structure In M25 Grade With Brick Work And Plastering And Reinforced Cement Concrete Slab With Waterproofing Over Utility Area And Truss Work Over Indoor Area. 6. The Indoor Hall Shall Be Covered With Insulated Hirib Colour Coated Iron Profile Sheets 0.52 Mm (+ 0.05 %) Total Painted Thickness With Under Layer Of 5 Mm Thick Prefixed Xlp Insulation With Aluminium Foil Having A Minimum Yield Strength Of 550 Mpa With Adequate Provision Of Industrial Exhausts, Gutters And Ridge And Rain Water Pipes. 7. The Flooring In Indoor Hall Should Be Bwf-Approved European-Made Maple Wood Flooring With Line Marking For Different Games And Movable Poles With Net For Different Games. The Maple Flooring Shall Be Laid On 75 Mm Mud Mat, 75Mm Reinforced Cement Concrete Slab & 50 Mm M25 Grade Wearing Coat With Provision For Anti-Termite. 8. The Toilet Block, Equipment Store, Entrance Looby, Ramp Shall Have Provision For Granite Flooring And False Ceiling. The Toilet Shall Also Have Provision Of Wall Tile Upto 8 Feet Height. 9. All Unplasticized-Pvc Pipes Used In Sanitary Drainage Work Shall Have Working Pressure. 6 Kg/Sqcm. 10. All Water Supply Pipes Shall Be Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (Cpvc) Pipes. 11.
