| 4 | Design, development, supplying and fixing of Single sided Signboards of size 1.8m x 1.5m made of Micro prismatic Retro Reflective sheeting DG-3 pasted on 3mm thick aluminum composite material as per IRC 67-2010, fixing each board with 8Nos. Of SS Mechanical Anchor Bolt of 8mm dia and 100mm long, the front side coveredwith Retro Reflective sheeting DG-3 with all letters, numerals and pictographs with border as per approved colour scheme including all taxes, transportation, tollage, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, taking all safety precautions while installation etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing Solar powered Reflective Pavement Marker (RPM)/Glow studs(with twin molded shank) of standard size made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg or above tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The body of RPM should have resistant to water ingress as per IP 68 & should perform in all normal local weather condition & the shape should be such that, no vehicle get damaged.The reflective panels should be on both sides or all it\"s periphery (for 360 degree visibility) & the luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive & necessary screw/stud conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer,including all material, labour, transportation ,port entry fees, taxes, T&P, etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 7 | Providing and fixing rubber speed breaker of standard size and weight made of high quality rubber for flexibility and long life having bright reflective strips or embeded reflectors make them visble day and night with abrasion resistant coating of yellow & black and resistant to oil, moisture, UV rays, and temperature fluctuations and having rounded edges to ensure vehicles do not get damaged while passing. The speed breaker shall support a load of 20-25 tons or above as per standard ASTM Code .The reflective panels should be on both sides & the luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The speed breaker shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive & necessary screw/stud conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer,including all material, labour, transportation ,port entry fees, taxes, T&P, etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
