Tender For Augmentation Of Ac System At Mtrf Building, Igcar, Kalpakkam.; 1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled micro-processor controlled Ductable Split Airconditioner of 16.5 TR (49900 Kcal/Hr) nominal cooling capacity, 11220 m3/h (6600cfm),10mm WC static pressure, equippedwithscroll hermetically sealed compressors suitable for operating on 415 ± 10% V, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply, cross hatched copper tube lanced fins air cooled condenser, evaporator blower, thermostatic expansion valveDX- type evaporator, filter, temperature control, starters, MCB for compressor & condenser fan, power cable, micro processor controller, etc., complete with all accessories and as per the specifications. Air cooled condenser shall be designed for operating at 45°C ambient DBT. 2 Supply and installation of a set of Liquid and Hot gas lines (7/8 & 5/8) Copper tubing between IDU & ODU of the aboveDuctable Split Airconditioner. 3 Supply, erection, Testing and Commissioning of 4 core, 16 mm2, 1100 Volts grade Copper conductor PVC insulation flat wire armour FRLSH PVC outersheath in built-in trenches, on walls, poles and through embedded pipes including supply & installation of GI spacer, clamps, glands, lugs and termination of the cables as per the detailed specification. 4 Supply and erection of 1.5 mm2, 3 core, 1100V grade, PVC insulated, armoured, Copper conductor cable as per IS: 1554 (Part-1). It includes glanding and termination of the cables. 5 Supply and installation of 8 swg copper conductor earthing of both ODU. & IDUs. 6 Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of thermal insulated flexible duct/Fabric duct duly supported at regular intervals as per site requirement etc. complete as required as per specifications. 7 Supply, fabrication and erection of GI ducting with 22 gauge Class VIII G.I sheet including providing of vanes, M.S angle support, angle flanges,anchor fasteners, grill collar, tees, bends, etc. as per the scope of work. 8 Supply and installation of Thermal insulation of above ducting (item-2) with 9 mm thick, closed cell Nitryle foam rubber/cross linked polyethylene thermal insulation.The insulation shall be covered with aluminium foil of 40G thick and fixed properly by self adhesive aluminium tape as per the scope of work. 9 Supply,installation of 19 mm thick Fibre free and antimicrobial resistant, Open cell elastomeric nitrile rubber acoustic insulation in supply air ducts with fire retared O class, fire performance, resistant to chemical & micro organism and sound absorption class-D as per the technical specification and scopeof work enclosed.The insulation shall be covered with 28 gauge aluminium perforated sheet to hold the fibre glass in position by means of GI bolt, nut & washers as per the scope of work. 10 Supply & fixingof volume control adjustable type opposed blade Aluminium Damper with necessary flanges for duct branches with PVC gears.The Dampers shall be made out of 14 G Aluminium channel as per the scope of work.The opposed blades shall have tie rod with ball & socket joints. 11 Supply and installation of double deflection type Supply Air Diffuser/Nozzles of following specification. Extruded anodized aluminium, powder coated Off white/brown colour, adjustable and locking type aliminium volume controldamper having horizontal and vertical louvers. The louver portion shall be removable type for adjusting the volume control damper as per the specification given in the scope of work.
