Tender For Renovation Work Of Bitumin Road Of Project Colony Ganga Canal Compound Lal Diggi In Distt Aligarh - Brick edging on both side of the road of first class bricks 7cm wide and 11cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(22.4 to 53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Clause 405(3) 3 Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat ofType-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 5 Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 6 Road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beadsn @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mmis exclussive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes. 7 Providing and Laying of I shaped Interlocking tiles rubber moulded 80mm thick precast cement concrete having plan dimension 200 x (160+120mm) with compressive strength not be less than 30 Mpa (M-30) and weight 4.50kg per no. including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.
